For Experts: What to Expect

TalentOS gives experts a clean way to turn teaching into verifiable proof.

  1. Expert Dashboard

See your cohort at a glance: registrations, mission completion, time-on-task, retries, and strengths/gaps by skill tag. Start a new course or jump into an existing one.

  2. Launch a Course

Set the outcome, duration, and audience. (Optional) use AI assist to draft an outline with ~8 modules, suggested skill tags, and recommended artifacts (doc, code, video, link).

  3. Design Modules → Missions

Map each module to a mission. For every mission, pick the deliverable type, set time expectations, attach reference materials/templates, and define what “done” looks like in plain language.

  4. Mentor In-Context

Review submissions and leave inline comments right on the work. Add quick tags like “tight logic,” “clear visuals,” or “needs examples,” and suggest next steps (follow-up missions, learn tracks, or bounties).

  5. Verify & Endorse

Approve work that meets the bar and add an endorsement. Each approval becomes a verified milestone on the talent’s profile—trusted proof employers can see.

  6. Track Progress

Drill into each learner’s trajectory across missions: what they completed, how long it took, where they struggled, and what improved. Identify at-risk learners and reach out with targeted guidance.

  7. Run the Final Mission

Define a capstone that pulls the whole course together—a real-world brief that synthesizes the modules. Verified passes add a prominent capstone badge to the learner’s profile.

  8. Publish to Portfolio & Next Steps

With one click, push verified artifacts (including the capstone) to profiles and public portfolios. Recommend relevant bounties or learn tracks to turn fresh proof into real opportunities.
