GTM Phases
Our initial launch market is Myanmar, where our team already has strong foundations: the largest tech community in the country with over 5,000 members, 400,000 social followers, and two physical spaces. This network provides credibility and direct access to early users.
The strategy is to dominate one market before entering another. For the first 8 to 12 months, all product features, missions, and user side connections will be deployed in Myanmar first.
How We Get Users
Phase 1 — Community Activation
The first wave of users will come from our 400,0000 existing community. These individuals are already engaged through past events, media content, and physical learning spaces, making adoption straightforward.
Phase 2 — Organic Growth
The platform is designed to spread through results. Every completed mission, verified achievement, and successful bounty creates public proof of ability. As these stories are shared, they attract new users through peer influence.
Phase 3 — Expert Led Learning
Learning Sessions will be available at launch, featuring Myanmar’s top practitioners — industry leaders known for building the country’s most widely used products and services. Their presence will draw younger audiences seeking direct mentorship and practical skill development.

TalentOS Groups
TalentOS Groups will launch in month 2 after the initial rollout. Groups are part of the same ecosystem but run as a separate app. Creating a Group is as simple as starting a group chat, but with full access to the TalentOS mission system, verification, and rewards.
This feature allows communities, companies, schools, and mentor networks to run their own missions, bounties, and learning sessions while staying connected to the broader TalentOS network.
