Is it free to join TalentOS?

Yes. There is no cost to sign up, create your profile, or complete missions. You only pay if you choose to exchange points for special rewards that have a real cost.

How do I get rewards?

Complete missions to earn points. Exchange those points for real rewards, access to learning sessions, or other benefits. If you win a bounty, you get a cash prize or job offer directly from the employer.

What if I do not win a bounty?

You still gain experience and proof of your work. Every entry adds to your profile and shows employers your skills and dedication.

For Employers:

How do I post a bounty?

Sign up to our employer dashboard, follow our simple template to describe your project and reward, and submit it for review. We help you make sure everything is clear and fair.

How are winners chosen?

You set the evaluation criteria. After reviewing all submissions, you select the best. TalentOS manages the reward and updates the winner’s profile.

What if I want to hire someone directly?

You can reach out to top talents after a bounty or search profiles directly. Our team can also help with hiring and admin tasks.
